MEAM meetings are held in person at NEPPA in Littleton at 10:30 AM, unless otherwise specified. Login information will be sent for any meeting held by Zoom due to inclement weather. An agenda will be sent before each meeting. The Executive Committee may meet prior and change meetings to closed.

About the event
Meetings are held at the NEPPA Headquarters in Littleton at 10:30am, unless otherwise specified. Meetings may be held via Zoom due to inclement weather. Login information will be sent for any meeting held by Zoom.
General meetings start at 10:30am. An agenda will be sent prior to each meeting.
Attendance at closed meetings is restricted to system Managers and Commissioners.
Managers, Commissioners and interested consultants are allowed at open meetings.
The Executive Committee may meet immediately prior to the General Meeting on the same day at the same location, depending on need.
Executive Committee meetings start at 9:30am unless changed due to the length of the agenda or cancelled due to no need. Meetings may also be held at other times. The Executive Committee may vote to change which meeting will require a Closed Session.
The cost of lunch arranged by NEPPA is included in the MEAM budget.
