About the event
During this workshop, public power utility leaders and staff will explore how communications can more effectively build trust, raise awareness, and enhance readiness within communities. We aim to include representatives from all 40 Massachusetts public power utilities to collaborate on clarifying core concepts and defining success through practical, measurable goals—ultimately strengthening and aligning communications across the state. This workshop will serve as the kickoff event for developing materials and the unified message that MEAM will use throughout the Stronger Together Community Playbook & Toolkit project.
